Taking Control Of Money Starts Here

Your thoughts, feelings, and actions create the amount of money you either have or don’t have in your life. It sounds simple, but it’s the truth.

This means that if you figure out what you’re thinking about money, you can change your money beliefs and get entirely new results. It’s a game changer!

The more you understand yourself, the better you’ll be at talking about  money and handling your money. You’ll understand why you do and don’t do certain things with it. You’ll understand your strengths and identify any habits you may want to change, so you can focus on the things that matter most to you. This is the key to getting the results you desire faster… and for good. You will be able to actually create the life that you’ve always dreamed of.

Take some time to go over the following questions to better understand your own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs with money.

  • What did your parents teach you about money?
  • Was money difficult and scarce or was it easy and abundant?
  • What were you taught about rich people and poor people?
  • What were your family’s financial circumstances growing up?
  • What do you think about money right now (making money, having money, saving money, and debt)?
  • What are your current beliefs about rich and poor people?
  • How do you currently feel about money? Do you feel anxious, unstable, unaware, or secure?
  • Do you have confidence that you will have enough money in retirement?
  • Do you believe that you can have the financial life that you dream of? Define what that is in detail.

If you are married, these are great questions to explore with your spouse. My husband and I have routinely talked about our finances, and it has improved our marriage so much! It has helped us better communicate and reach our financial goals. This is critical for achieving financial success and you can do it too.
